Refund policy
We want you to feel confident trying Beautefy— that’s why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@beautefy.com to request a return.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the fault was on our side. Original Shipping Fees or Non-refundable
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please notify us upon receiving your order if it's damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include a photo so we can help resolve the issue quickly. We will provide a replacement or full refund, whichever option you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom/personalized items
- Perishables (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Used personal care products (e.g., beauty tools, opened cosmetics)
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your original and placing a new order after your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact hello@beautefy.com.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Email us at hello@beautefy.com with your order number.
- If approved, you’ll receive a full refund.
- Requests after 24 hours are not eligible for cancellation.
Refunds may take 10–15 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Beautefy is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Address updates must be made within 24 hours of ordering.
